i was so looking forward to the competition when i woke up this morning.
=)

although some stuff happened and made me quite worry.
but i believe we are able.

anyway, we were the first team to reach like usual.
lol. very early.
we sorta became vips. xD

then it was rest time after rehearsal.
spotted some stuff while having bread.
=p

jing ning said i smelled stink of that counterpain analgesic cream after i came back from the washroom.
=S
put too much. lol.
and due to my half-short-haf-long fringe,
i let jes gel my hair.
it's sticky and yucky, actually.
lol.

the competition delayed and started around 3 something.
=.=
1st team was bagan jaya with sunflowers on their hats.
next was badawi, i didnt see them.
then union with new uniforms and CG.

and then it rains!
lol.
we were praying and hoping that it wont rain but then it really rained.
=.=

after a while, the rain stopped and continued with sains school.
saw nothing. was running through everything.

then jit sin.
by then, we were standing by the side for uniform checking.

and it was our turn!

the T square block was nice.
xD

we started off with gunung kinabalu.
then hujan di tengah hari.
i was actually smiling inside. hehe.

then, percussion solo.
i was so happy.
we all did what we wanted.
=)

during fanfare, laurine smiled so hard that i almost smile out.
my lips were trembling.
xD

during ascend, i have no idea why i suddenly lost my breathing.
=.="'
and then i started to breath very hardly.
i almost have asthma.
lol.
but i was happy. what a conflict!
hahaa.

now i know why.
it was because of i saw laurine grinning so happily
and i saw every single members did their very best.
i was too excited!
hahaa.

but i hold on, til the very last second and did my best.
yeah, i cried after the show.
it was not because we're bad or what.
but it was because i was having difficulty in breathing.
so suffering. ==

when i went back to the team, they're all still okay.
but after seeing my face, i've no idea why my juniors followed me and cried.
lol.
sorry girls.
theresa was the funniest, she laughed and cried at the same time!
lol.

i was so happy when i saw his face.
and i heard what laurine's mum said.
i knew it! ;)

we prepared for march pass to get our results.
i like the feeling we all had during it.

we stood there for quite some time.
and my head was in pain.
the helmet was tight after wearing for a long time.
=S
they started off with giving souvenirs.
then i think best preparation and uniform came first
and it's us!
=D

best CG was jit sin, expected.
best drum major was jit sin either.
3rd placing was union.
i actually thought bagan. ==

then 2nd, the emcee said the team played dont know what march
and i was like starting to sigh inside.
but then she said the team played hujan di tengah hari too.
i was suddenly full of hope again.
and it's us!
=D
suddenly felt so much excitement around me.

of course by then, the jit sin supporters are screaming and cheering happily.
jit sin won the champion.

we walked out of the field and we got on to the bus not long after.
you couldnt imagine how happy we were, even though we didnt get champion.
we actually went crazy and were too high.
we sat properly at first.
eat, drink and chit chatted.
then nobody cares anymore and straight went very high!

we shouted happily.
i think the bus uncle gonna faint.
traffic jam plus us so noisy.
hahaa.
and we laughed so hard, so loudly while sharing what we saw and encountered.
xD

reached school around 8.20pm, i think.
And it’s photo time!
“fight” to grab the trophy. Lol.





after changing clothes and keeping stuff,
we rush out to eat.
actually wanted to go restaurants, but end up went to goodall coffee shop.

we ate satay, fish, fried oysters, poh piah and drink loadsa drinks.
lol.
sent msgs to those seniors that couldnt come to watch.
we talked a lot. haha.

then we spotted ying hsi!
i asked her to guess our result and she totally went blur.
she didnt know it's our competition day.
therefore she missed it.
=S

we talked for a while then it's already 10pm plus.
time to go home.
tired but too excited to sleep.

first, there's this festival wind orchestra
on 17 april 2009.
venue : SM Sains Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Kuantan, Pahang

bands from penang which are participating in it are
Sekolah Menengah Sains Tun Syed Sheh Shahabudin,
St Georges and Penang Free.

AMC is particpating in it too.


next, is penang state level competition
20th of june.
venue : MPSP field, butterworth.
*CHANGE OF DATE*
19TH OF JUNE. 3pm.

lastly, KLWMBC 2009
it's on the 9th of december til 13.
venue : stadium merdeka

oh btw, KLWMBC 2009 is a WAMSB sanctioned qualirying round for world marching show band championship 2010
which is gonna held at potsdam, germany.


i dont wanna miss out klwmbc again.

the night before merdeka i slept at 12++am.
i actually planned to slepp at 9.30pm
but cuz my juniors kept sms me so delayed til 10pm.
wanna sleep ad, someone sms-ed me and wish us all the best.
and chit chatted a little.
so, bed time delayed again.
but then, suddenly got some stuff to settle
okay so delay till 11pm.
but then, they replied til half way didnt reply anymore.
then i got stucked there
i was so sleepy wanna sleep ad but if i get to bed and sleep, then i wont know what will happen and what things left for me to settle.
so waited waited til 12am++
once done, i told my friend, who was sms-ing me i gotta sleep and straight away fall asleep.
so, i slept about 4 hours only.
woke up at 4am and closed my eyes wait til 4.15
went and bath...
came out at 4.30
sms-ed to remind tee yeau stuff.
meddle this meddle that then 5am leave house.

reached school.
busy non stop.
reached queensbay, waited til around 9??
no idea. no watch.

while waiting, i saw some very childish guys.
holding spongebob squarepants and tweety balloon and fooling around.

totally macam gina.
lol

then i saw people taking pictures non stop.
and and............
i almost gonna laught out.
luckily i didnt
hehe

so, finally it started.
gotta chase up so big steps with walking tumit.. really hard.
my tore both my legs muscle and suddenly all went numb.

havent started to play drum solo i'm already walking with numb legs.
so, when walked pass grand stand there, i was totally walking without feeling my feet touching the ground.
lol

after finish the parade and stand by the side, i realize many things.

finished, back to school.
and we saw a rat in the toilet.
DEAD RAT!
laurine was afraid of it while i use my foot to meddle with it.
xD

then, my friend sms-ed me about the result.
i was shock.

anyway, later on, we wanted to go queensbay together
but i havent ask my mum's permission and i ad prepared all my clothes and stuff.

so, i went theresa's house to bath.
in the car, 4 girls squeezed in 3 seats
lol

so we went queensbay.
ate at starbuck.
meet up with others
wanna watch a movie but thought not enough time for a movie ad
wanna skate, but scared.
so, we went to take pictures.
haha
vain us

then went quiksilver, esprit while waiting for shiling.
bought ice cream.
later on, we went and eat at sushi king cuz other restaurant are full.
bought Zi Qin a slice of secret recipe's cake.
sang birthday song for her there.

then it was time to go home.

BUT,

all of us called our parents to ask to stay til 7.30pm
hahaa
and they all allow.
weird huh?!
so we went and watch movie.
no suitable time except Meet Dave.
bought pop corn and dirnks
large!
okay, so we ate non stop.
lol

movie ends, went to the skating area and look around....
then my parents came.
went and bought dinner.
then get the cakes from my mom's friend.

ate non stop.
lol

after that i onlined for a while.
and that's when i got ban from using computer.
haha

it was a happy day.
quite a memorable day.
hang out with my juniors.
i'm the oldest one among them when laurine went back and shiling havent come.
lol

thursday, whole afternoon online plus sms-ing and studying.

made someone unhappy.

so awkward.
i didnt know it would cause such big "impact" to him.
yikes.

then, i'm angry at someone.
walao. dont know what kinda mood was it then.

anyway, i'm feeling more and more.. erh.. weirdness??!!

i know many of their group of friends.
and friend 1 come and tell me A. friend 2 said B.
friend 3.... and so on.

when we just 1st met, usually the 1st question they will ask is
"are you close with XXX and XXX?"
i'm curious so i asked why they ask so.
they will say "because xxx and xxx talk about u quite a lot"

okayy, then when i chat with xxx and xxx,
they say their friends talked about me a lot.
freaking swt.

and they told me quite a lot of stuff, which make me dont know who to trust.

so dont care.
but walao, why is my name always appear in you guys' conversation?
so famous meh?

a friend will come and say this and this guys talked about u a lot.
then this guys will come and say that and that guys talked about u.

but whenever i asked what did they talk about, they will say
"nothing ad" "forgot ad"
which makes me quite unhappy.
soooo, you guys dont wanna tell me,
dont expect me to answer every questions you guys asked la.

i didnt know what u guys have said about me what.
what if it's bad stuff.
am not very happy with it also one okay?

which makes me go and suspect and feel curious more when more people come and tell me you guys kept saying me.

so many things to worry about.

oh, and yesterday, school suddenly had english quiz for us.
it's all about idioms, names of female animals and the baby animal's name and etc.
which make us all stare at the paper most of the time.

cuz we dont read those stuff.

so, we end up writing silly answers and copied each others' answers.
lol
there's one the question is:
N_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ is mother of invention.
you know what i wrote??
i wrote Nonsenses it mother of invention.
xD what a stupid answer.
cuz that was the only word i can think of which can fills up all the blanks and starts with N.
got write better than didnt write what.
but guess what, i checked online, the answer is

and practice, busy but happy and quite satisfied with my juniors.

finally i get to online again.
hehe
actually searching on how to make a mask for my art work.
lol

yesterday was penang state level marching band competition

every school went.
cuz there's this march pass for closing ceremony.

i went sch at 7++
my 3 juniors were already there polishing instruments.
so guai.. lol
then we went opposite to have our breakfast after finish polishing.
10.45 back to sch
practice, get changed and got into bus.

i was very excited.
hehe
very excited to see what the other bands will perform.
reached there and saw many schools' band members..
just kept on walking to our seats.
the seats were so high.
lol

competition started,
jit sin was 1st.
a little bit disappointed actually.
they played asmaradana, gunung kinabalu, cindai, mask of zorro opener and finale.
their drills a bit.... honestly, last year's was better.

which school are next?
i forgot.
i started to get confused with which is which sch.
cuz they changed uniform?!
i dont know.
maybe its because i didnt see most of them last year so i dont know how their uniforms look like??
many schools wore black and red uniform.

made me more confused.

7 teams only, i think. forgot geh..
didnt count.

SGGS and Sains used CG.
was surprised to see they started to use CG ad.
i remember sggs played tanah pusaka.

many schools played tanah pusaka this year.
one school played malaguena.
forgot which..
i remember BM high played new world symphony.
we were eating our noodles that time.
when they started the intro, i choked myself.

their intro was strong but when intro, started to be quite messy ad.

ours are better!! =)

i thought bagan will be very good.
i was very looking forward to their performance.
but when i saw their performance, a bit disappointed.
but their sounds were very good.
their mallets was geng..
2 mallets, 1 sound.

union was quite boring.
like usual, their drill wasnt quite challenging.
but they still continue to take part in the competition every year.
hmm, not bad spirit yeah?!

shock to see bm high.
i didnt know it was them when they started to perform
til my senior told me its bm high and my face was o.O

not bad leh bm high.
cuz i heard that they will be quite bad.
haih.. rumours??

last team was clb, i think..
dont know leh.
cuz when sggs performed til half way, we have to go downstairs and get ready ad.
as we were the 1st team for march pass.
waited downstairs, heard clb's songs.
wow. their sound improved a lot compare to their sports day's performance.
they played final fantasy and.... dont know ad.

when we watched til around bagan's turn.. we received a news saying that..
maybe march pass counted as competition also.
i was wow. last minute changes pun ada.
then, when it was bm high or was it sggs turn?!
confirm march pass is a competition.

okay.
so after that, we have to stand at the track to get ready..
that "guard" told us to stand..........
i was shock and worry.
but then, i told myself, sure we can.
=)
well, wasnt the best parade we performed but we all tried our very best.
i thought will be very bad.
i mean the lines..
but when i watch back the video, not bad ma..
hahahaa..
people say our sound not bad wor..
have a bit o.O eh feeling.
hahahaha

schools took part in march pass were all penang bands, even mostly-indoor-bands like heng ee and clhs.
sxi only percussion, i think?!
cuz i only saw about 10 (??) percussionists go round the field to get prepare for march pass.


i wanted to 'kill' someone after got into bus.
but suak ad..
say her enough ad.
then when we got back to sch..
saw all those silly messages people sent to me.
haha.
i have a performance, i was sitting in the stadium, how can i use a handphone and sms leh?!
funny lo you all.

we planned to go and eat steamboat together
but last minute planning, most parents dont allow.
so didnt go ad.
i came home, bath and went upstairs to watch KLWMBC 2007 video.
hehee..
finally i got it from wei kiat ad.
lol
but didnt watch finish n got to bed.
was too tired.

i am disappointed that we didnt win the march pass, but work harder PCGHS.
never never give up.
=)
