Wasn't feeling very well today.
I've doze off so many times in school, as I hardly do so.
I was studying biology (yeah, believe it! haha) and my eyes were going to shut.
When I finished my bio paper and I still had like 30 minutes to go before the time ends,
I totally slept right in front of the teacher.
After that, while waiting for civic paper to start, I slept again. =.=
After civic paper, I felt soooo tired. I've no idea why.
I dragged it through the whole day especially ms-nagging-non-stop-loo-yok-moi *oops* came and gave out our chemistry paper result. =S
Laurine said am a sleep volcano. Was kinda moody. LOL.
After school, felt really headache and dizzy,
I couldnt stand it anymore so I went to get a bowl of fruits and plenty of water.
Mum was in the kitchen too.
After quite some time, she grabbed me in the arm and asked
"you're not feeling well, aren't you?"
That's when I realize she was actually talking to me all the time and I didnt listen a single word.
Oops. Sorry, mum.
Now, am feeling better after all the apples, oranges, cherries, yoghurt, and coffee and chocolates!! hahaa.
But I still really needa catch back a lot a lot of sleep.
It's kinda weird. I can hardly sleep, and what's causing it? Any idea?
Even if I sleep, it's just dozing. I need proper sleep to replenish whatever my body needs.
lol. I don't want my immune system to get bad.
=)
Btw, H1N1 is getting worse in Penang.
People, do clean your hands more often.
Especially after interacting with someone or went to public.
I've this habits for the past 6 or 7 months.
I avoid touching the handle of the escalators, doors or whatsoever in public.
I would wash my hands as often as possible.
I cover my nostrils, including mouth, and sometime eyes whenever someone around me sneeze or cough, especially those who cough and sneeze like nobody business without covering their nostrils or mouth right in front of your face!
And this is a habit where I've had for like a couple of years and quite a few friends have learned it from me, which is,
you open the tap to wash your hands, but before you close the tap,
make sure you pour some clean water onto the tap.
This way, when you close the tap, your hands wont be back to dirty.
Though it's not 100% clean with just pouring water, but at least you've make it cleaner.
The best is pour with soap water.
People, please do take note of personal hygiene and health,
as I believe, H1N1 can be stopped, one day,
Yeah, I really do believe so.
; )
